RUTH HALLENBECK is an organizational and management development consultant with over 25 years in the Human Resource field. She conducts organizational assessments, functions as project manager for large-scale organizational interventions, designs and develops new programs as needed, and insures integration of all assessments and programs to provide organizational development. Ms Hallenbeck received her Masters Degree in Human Resource Education at Boston University and her B. S., cum laude, from the College of Saint Rose. |

T. J. BROWN, Ph.D. has conducted organizational assessment surveys and developed and presented seminars and train-the-trainer programs for well over 100 government agencies and corporations. He has developed individual and organizational feedback surveys for numerous organizations to assess leadership practices, decision-making practices, human resource practices and more. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Brown served as Vice-President of Government Services for a leading consulting firm prior to founding Oasis Consulting Services. He earned his doctorate in Educational Psychology, Evaluation and Research at Florida State University. |
